DATRON 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines feature a NC rotary/swivel table that expands the machining capabilities of our milling machines from 3 to 5 Axis. Five workpiece sides can be machined in one set-up. Ideal for 5-axis machining of complex multi-sided parts requiring both accuracy and reduced setup time.

Six centering sleeves ensure that the rotary/swivel table can be repeatably placed on the machine for accurate 5 axis machining. Included in the packaged delivery is a zero-point clamping tower, which allows the pneumatic clamping of workpiece carriers with a repeat accuracy of 1/100 mm.

For complex 5 axis milling projects, application-specific workpiece carriers can be set up on the empty adapter plate (available as an option), which then can also be used as a changing system without additional set-up.
